🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Intimate apparel or sanitary goods.

• Gift cards.

• Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom-designed jerseys).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

• Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale can be refunded at the sale price paid (unless marked as "Final Sale").

🔄 Exchanges (Defective or Damaged)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at vimostshop@gmail.com for instructions.

📦 Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please mail it to our fulfillment center:

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
