Thank you for shopping at Vimost Shop. We sell a mix of ready-to-ship products and made-to-order custom teamwear. Shipping times and shipping methods may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination country.
Shipping Origins
Orders may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on the product:
- Custom teamwear and factory-made products are usually produced and shipped by Vimost Sports.
- Third-party products may be shipped by our supplier partners or fulfillment platforms.
- If your order includes products from different fulfillment sources, items may be shipped separately.
Processing Time
Order processing time varies by product type.
- Ready-to-ship products: usually processed within 2–7 business days.
- Custom teamwear and made-to-order products: production time is required before shipping. Production time is not included in the shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Available shipping methods and delivery times are shown at checkout when possible.
- Factory-made custom products may be shipped by DHL Express.
- Third-party products may use standard international shipping or other available shipping methods.
- Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and supplier processing time.
DHL Express Shipping for Factory Products
Some factory-made products may offer DHL Express Shipping at checkout. The displayed DHL shipping time only refers to transit time after production is completed and the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Separate Shipments
If your order contains multiple products from different fulfillment sources, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
